Blu Moon Cafe boasts a team of collaborative culinary talent, including owners and professional Chefs Brian and Shelley Jordan, both graduates of Johnson and Wales University; Chef Myra Church, who trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York; and Chef Aubree Daily who holds a degree in pastry arts. Each column will feature tips, recipes, ideas, techniques, serving suggestions and more from at least one of our staff experts.
